In the press release of June 13, 2023, IDNTT, MarTech Content Factory active in the production of omnichannel content, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market and in the open market segment “Quotation Board” of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, announced that it has acquired 20.0% of the share capital of Aldo Biasi Comunicazione Srl (“ABC”), a historic firm of Italian consultancy and creative marketing, capable of generating a turnover of approximately € 1.00 million in 2022. The investee company is responsible for some of the most famous national brand commercials from the 1980s to the present day. The transaction paves the way for the establishment of new potential synergies between creative consulting and content production. Aldo Biasi Comunicazione Srl, is a company, operating in the field of communication, which, over the past 50 years, has created numerous advertising campaigns among the most famous in the history of Italian television, collaborating to popularize and make famous and highly recognizable brands such as Lavazza, Saiwa, Rovagnati, Simmenthal, Gillette, Bayer, Fiat, Renault, BMW, Procter & Gamble, De Cecco, Club Med, Cremeria Motta, Lines, Giovanni Rana, Parmalat, Sauber, Mutti, Conad, Tempur, Berloni, Avanzi, Colussi, Biorepair, Valle degli Orti, Cirio, Rio Mare, Lega del Filo D’oro, Tuborg and many others. Founded by Aldo Biasi, the guru of Italian creativity and winner of 8 Lions at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. The company was the first mover in the production of online advertising commercials, when, on the occasion of the 2006 Women’s Day, it created an online commercial on behalf of the Italian Coloreria (Coswell Group), marking a real turning point in the market’s approach to new media. The transaction is strategic from the perspective of IDNTT growth, which will integrate new skills and development opportunities through collaboration with a company with a strong reputation value in the communication market. In addition, Aldo Biasi himself will become the creative director of the IDNTT group, contributing to the generation of advertising content and the coordination of IDNTT STUDIOS, the new business unit operating in the production of high-quality content. In this way, IDNTT will have access to the broad heritage of creative genius, which will be utilized not only to operate positioning and image strategies but also for the purpose of implementing new consumer products derived from content, just as is being considered for the group’s talent agency, INSANE. The acquisition of ABC will not result in the consolidation of the company’s data in the acquiree’s financial statements. In fact, IDNTT does not plan to add new resources to its workforce, but rather to generate value through the exploitation of synergies aimed at expanding cross-group commercial operational offerings and creating new revenue lines.
