In the press release of February 27, 2024, Marzocchi Pompe, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-performance gear pumps and motors, announced the purchase of a new 2,500-square-meter facility, 1,000 of which are covered, for a total amount of €1.05 million. The operation is part of the strategic plan to enlarge the Zola Predosa complex. The new fa-cility, in fact, is located alongside the one currently operating, within the industrial complex in which Marzocchi Pompe had previously acquired two other properties. The acquisition of the new facility will provide the Group with a number of significant ad-vantages. The new facility will enable the Group to bring together in a single hub all the com-ponent warehouse, necessary for the production of the more than 20,000 active finished product codes, making the supply of production departments more efficient. In addition, the renovation of the building, including the expansion of the existing photovoltaic system, will have a positive impact on the environment, contributing to the path toward energy independence. While waiting to evaluate the 2023 full year results, we confirm our recommendation: Target Price € 9.50, BUY Rating and MEDIUM Risk.
