BREAKING NEWS – 04.01.2022

In the press release of 29 December 2022, ISCC Fintech SpA, a company active in Italy in the sector of the purchase of non-performing loan portfolios, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announced that it had completed, within the securitization project undertaken by the Company, the sale of a loan portfolio with a total nominal value of € 10.00 million in favor of the Keplero SPV Srl vehicle, simultaneously signing a servicing contract for the entire operation.

The portfolio in question was sold at a price higher than the carrying value of the receivables to be sold.

The portfolio sale transaction denotes once again the Company’s ability to select and manage credit portfolios, and, by promoting the pursuit of the Company’s strategic objectives, allows it to focus on debt collection activities. Pending the evaluation of the economic results for the 2022 year-end, we confirm our recommendation: target price: € 10.00, BUY rating, and Medium risk.
