BREAKING NEWS – 27.05.2024
In the press release of May 24, 2024, iVision Tech, an Innovative SME and a company of excellence in “Made in Italy” manufacturing active in the design and production of prescription eyeglass frames and acetate sunglasses, as well as combination eyewear, and owner of the historic high-end French eyewear brands “Henry Jullien” and “Henry Jullien Manufacture,” announced that it has obtained ISO 13485:2016 certification from the ACCREDIA-accredited certification body GCERTI. This recognition attests to compliance with the requirements of the ISO 13485:2016 management system standard for the “Design, manufacture and marketing of frames, glasses and lenses (prescription and sunglasses) and technological glasses for disability (DM class 2)” (certificate number 205920/C/0001/AC/ITN). The certification will be crucial for the production of medical devices and related services, a key step for the iSee project of glasses for the blind. The Company has successfully completed the quality management system certification audit, enabling it to accelerate the development of the iSee project, in line with what was stated during the IPO. This certification represents an important milestone for the Company, the result of a strongly desired process that was fundamental to the development of the iSee patent. It attests to the high standards of quality that iVision Tech applies in making eyewear for people with visual impairments. The certification, valid for 3 years, includes multiple verification sessions by the certifying body GCERTI, in line with the ISO spirit and vision. The latter not only represents a mark of prestige, but also attests to the Company’s commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, growth and customer focus. In light of obtaining this strategic certification, we confirm our estimates: target price € 3.30, rating BUY and risk MEDIUM. |
