BREAKING NEWS

| In the press release dated July 15, 2026, Casta Diva Group SpA, a multinational company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the communication, branded content production, and live entertainment sectors, announced unaudited preliminary consolidated revenues of € 59.40 million for the first half of 2026, up 2.1% compared to the same period of 2025. The performance reflects the strength of the Group’s client portfolio, comprising nearly 200 Italian and international customers, as well as its ability to maintain a high level of customer loyalty over time. As of June 30, 2026, the backlog to be executed by year-end amounted to € 37.50 million, compared to € 43.80 million at the same date in 2025, mainly due to a different timing in project execution compared with the previous year. Combining revenues already generated with the remaining backlog, the 2026 revenue projection reaches € 96.90 million, compared to € 102.00 million projected as of June 30, 2025, and already represents more than 63.0% of the € 153.00 million revenue target set out in the 2023–2026 Business Plan, published in December 2023. From a strategic perspective, the Group has entered a phase of organizational consolidation that is expected to continue through the end of the financial year. Following several years of growth through acquisitions, management is now focusing on strengthening cross-selling activities and operational coordination across business units, with the objective of fully capturing the expected industrial synergies, optimizing the cost structure, and supporting a gradual improvement in profitability, ultimately creating long-term value for stakeholders. At the same time, during the first half of the year Casta Diva received several awards that further strengthened its reputation both from a financial and creative perspective. On the financial side, the Group was included in the Intermonte Valore Italia Index, which comprises the 100 best-listed Italian SMEs selected based on financial strength and investment potential, and which also serves as the underlying index for the new PIR-compliant ETF launched by Banca Generali. This recognition was complemented by the Group’s inclusion in the international “World’s Growth Leaders 2026” ranking compiled by TIME and Statista, which identifies the world’s 1,000 leading listed companies based on revenue growth, financial strength, and stock market performance. From a creative standpoint, the Group also received two awards at the Italian Global Series Festival in Rimini and Riccione for the production “Franco Battiato – Il lungo viaggio”, produced by Rai Fiction and Casta Diva Pictures. The production won Best TV Movie, while Dario Aita received the award for Best Actor. These recognitions confirm Casta Diva’s ability to combine production excellence with talent development, a key element of its positioning within the content production industry. Overall, the preliminary results for the first half of 2026 confirm the strength of Casta Diva Group’s growth trajectory, with revenues continuing to increase despite a more selective market environment. The organizational consolidation phase initiated during the semester, following the M&A transactions completed in recent years, together with the prestigious recognitions received, further strengthens the Group’s competitive and reputational positioning, laying the foundations for a gradual improvement in profitability over the coming quarters. In light of the information disclosed in the above-mentioned press release, we confirm our recommendation: target price € 3.80, rating BUY, risk Medium. |
