| In the press release dated July 17th, 2023, Mondo TV France SpA (“the Company”) announced the signing of a licensing agreement with Commodore Industries, linked to the development by the licensee of 2 products related to the new Grisù series. Specifically, the agreement includes the development of an app game for Android and IOS scheduled for launch in the first half of 2024, and a video game for PC and Consoles such as the Switch, PS4, PS5 and Xbox, scheduled for launch in late 2024. The contract will expire on 12/31/2028, consequently the license will last 5 years. The agreement is limited to the Italian territory, and provides for a 50.0% royalty on video game revenues, once the production costs of the above-mentioned products are covered. Taking the press release into consideration, we confirm our recommendation: target price U/R, rating U/R and risk MEDIUM. |
