On July 29 2014 MailUp S.p.A. was admitted to listing on the AIM Italia market by Borsa Italiana. Integræ SIM acted as a Nomad and Global Coordinator of the operation. The total collection at the IPO was equal to € 3 million, all through a capital increase.

The placement price is equal to € 2.5.

The enterprise. MailUp is a digital cloud computing platform (Software as a Service – SaaS) used by companies for the management and professional sending of newsletters, emails, and SMS. The MailUp digital platform does not require specific graphic skills or the installation of software or hardware.
