On 18 February 2014, the Expert System was admitted to listing on the AIM Italia market by Borsa Italiana. Integræ SIM is a Nomad and Global Coordinator of the operation. The total collection on the occasion of the IPO is equal to € 17.1 million, of which approximately € 9.9 million increased capital.
In July 2015, Expert System placed a loan capital for a total amount of €5 million maturing on 31 December 2024. The unsecured and unrated security of rating guarantees an annual gross coupon of 4% and is characterized by a pre-depreciation period of 4 years. The bond was fully subscribed by the Trentino Alto Adige Strategic Fund, managed by Finint Investments SGR. Integrae acted as co-arranger and financial advisor of the operation.
The placement price is equal to € 1.80.
