On August 4th, 2025, Litix SpA, an Innovative SME that combines art, technology, tradition, and innovation\u2014offering, through its three business units, solutions ranging from the design and creation of robotic islands for processing marble and other materials, to the production of sculptures and other artistic and design works, to hardware and software development for additive manufacturing and other applications\u2014announced the signing of a new contract for the creation of a monumental white marble statue, standing 5.5 meters tall, to be installed in the United States during 2026.

The artwork, with a total value of \u20ac 0.67 million, was commissioned by a major international organization active in the cultural and spiritual field, with which the Company has signed a confidentiality agreement. The project will be entirely managed by the Torart business unit, specialized in the creation of artworks and sculptures in stone materials, and will involve a complete production cycle, from the selection of the marble block to final installation, including robotic processing using Robotor technology, manual finishing, and international logistics management for delivery.

Although the subject of the statue has not been disclosed, this is an assignment with strong symbolic and technical significance, which once again confirms Litix\u2019s distinctive ability to position itself internationally as a leading partner in the creation of large-scale and complex sculptural works that combine the precision of advanced robotic solutions with the artistic sensitivity of craftsmanship.

From a strategic standpoint, this new contract confirms the progressive restart of the Torart BU, which, after the operational slowdown due to external factors recorded in 2024, is regaining a central role in the Group\u2019s pipeline. It is worth recalling that at the end of July, Litix announced the signing of a contract for a major
multi-year order worth \u20ac 1.40 million, also assigned to Torart.

The recent developments of the Torart BU, supported by high-profile assignments and growing international relevance, confirm the soundness of the strategic path undertaken by Litix. The combination of technological innovation, openness to foreign markets, and enhancement of artistic heritage, which underpins the Group\u2019s operating model, contributes to consolidating the Group\u2019s positioning as a leading player in high-tech contemporary sculpture.
