The statue, standing 6.5 meters tall and valued at \u20ac 0.55 million, is being crafted using the new \u201cROBOTOR ONE MEGA\u201d robot (or \u201cONE MEGA\u201d).

The marble statue, the tallest ever created by a robot, will be installed in the atrium of the world\u2019s largest free hospital, located in Muddenahalli, India, approximately 70 kilometers north of Bangalore. Scheduled for inauguration in November 2025, the statue originates from an imposing marble block meticulously selected to ensure quality and durability. Its extraordinary size presents a technical challenge that only Litix, a leader in robotics and automation for stone processing, can tackle. Every detail, from the selection of raw materials to the technologies employed, has been carefully designed to achieve the highest quality results.

For this monumental project, Litix is utilizing its innovative ROBOTOR ONE MEGA, an anthropomorphic robot designed to handle large-scale works such as the Sai Baba statue. Equipped with a 12-meter base, the robot can work on marble and other materials of exceptional size and weight, ensuring a level of craftsmanship that meets the complexity and detail required for a project of this magnitude. The ONE MEGA shares the advanced features of other robots in the ROBOTOR ONE series, including the use of OR-OS self-programming software, which converts 3D files into precise tool paths without manual intervention. This technology not only speeds up the production process but also guarantees a level of accuracy achievable only by a robotic system of this caliber.

The creation of the marble statue dedicated to Sai Baba represents not only an artistic masterpiece of exceptional value but also a significant milestone for Litix, further cementing its role as a global leader in monumental sculpture.
