In the United Kingdom, with Sebino Yacht;
In France, with Vanguard Yacht;
In the United States, in New York, with Hampton Marina;
In southeastern France in Saint Tropez, with a mono-brand store.
The expansion of the international distribution network represents a crucial strategic milestone for Bellini Yacht, aimed at supporting steady growth in global luxury markets. Through new collaborations with leading partners in the nautical sector, the Company seeks not only to enhance its visibility but also to secure privileged access to key distribution channels. Furthermore, these international partnerships, combined with the dealership agreement already established in Italy through its 60.0% controlled subsidiary, Italian Dealer Srl, offer Bellini Yacht a competitive advantage by ensuring a comprehensive presence in strategic segments, thus positioning Bellini Yacht as a benchmark in the high-end nautical landscape.
