In the press release dated September 23, 2024, IDNTT, a MarTech Content Factory active in omnichannel content production, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market and on the open market segment \u201cQuotation Board\u201d of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, announced the launch of IDNTT Plus SAGL (\u201cIDNTT+,\u201d formerly Mediaweb Europa SAGL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the parent company IDNTT SA) with the aim of expanding its content offering in the video game and premium exclusive content sector.

IDNTT+ was established with the goal of entering the consumer market, both B2C and B2B2C, offering video games and premium exclusive content aimed at Generation Z and Alpha. Through its subsidiary IN-SANE!, which manages content creators with millions of followers and high engagement rates, IDNTT+ transforms these influencers into brands, turning their content into products or game mechanics and their followers into consumers. The business model entails developing and selling digital products and entertainment experiences, leveraging the creators\u2019 brand recognition, and acquiring the ownership or licensing of their IPs, leaving the promotion within their communities to the creators themselves. IDNTT+ will have its own resources, software, and digital platforms developed in-house and in collaboration with experienced partners in the video game sector. To support IDNTT+\u2019s growth strategy, Valeria Zaffina has been appointed as Head of Marketing & Business Development. Zaffina brings over 20 years of experience from Ubisoft, one of the world\u2019s leading video game publishers, where she contributed to the success of iconic titles such as Assassin\u2019s Creed and Just Dance, as well as numerous Esports projects. She also has a solid economic background, having worked for six years as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.
