In the press release of June 26, 2024, Doxee SpA – a leading high-tech multinational company offering products in the areas of CCM (Customer Communications Management), Digital Customer Experience and Paperless, announced the successful completion of the capital increase resolved at the Extraordinary Shareholders\u2019 Meeting on May 24, 2024. The capital increase, in accordance with the authority granted under Article 2443 of the Civil Code, provided for the subscription of all 2,865,768 newly issued ordinary Doxee shares, for a countervalue of \u20ac5.87 million.

On June 26, 2024, the Company subscribed for 473,280 new shares with a total value of \u20ac0.97 million, resulting both from the subscription of 18,000 New Shares, generated by the exercise of 54,000 unopted rights out of a total of 338,400 placed during the Inoption Auction, and through the subscription by the shareholder P&S SpA of the shares that remained unopted.\u00a0

In accordance with the announcement on June 20, 2024, it should be noted that the shareholder P&S SpA concluded the subscription of all remaining unopted shares after the exercise of the unopted rights, for a total number of 455,280 New Shares, representing 15.9% of the total New Shares, reaching a total value (including share premium) of \u20ac 0.93 million.

In light of the completion of the process for the capital increase, Doxee\u2019s subscribed and paid-up share capital amounts to \u20ac 2.54 million, divided into 11,489,575 ordinary shares with no indication of par value.
