In the press release of May 20, 2024, Altea Green Power, a company active in the development of renewable energy generation facilities and as a service integrator during all phases of the construction and operation of green plants, announced the successful scheduling of the organizational processes with an application to the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security (MASE) of the Yellow Bess, Black Bess, and White Bess projects, for a total of about 2 GW.\u00a0

The start of the activity aims to provide Altea Green Power with a greater increase in its value chain, through projects that are already in an advanced state of authorization, to facilitate potential customers and investors who wish to participate in incentive auctions that will be announced in the coming years.

The Company also reports that the decision allows for more favorable market contractual conditions, covering market areas that provide greater added value, being more specific and remunerative.\u00a0
