In the press release of June 6, 2023, Comal SpA \u2013 a company active in the field of plant engineering for the production of energy from solar sources, specializing in the construction of high-power photovoltaic systems with EPC formula, announced that it has concluded a new agreement for the construction of an 87 MWp photovoltaic system and a further contract for the supply of proprietary trackers to a 93 MWp plant.\u00a0

Both contracts have been defined with two SPVs belonging to as many foreign energy investors with an international profile. The 87 MWp photovoltaic plant will be built in the province of Viterbo and it is expected that the works will be completed by April 2024, while the supply of trackers is destined for a plant of future construction in the province of Palermo by June 2024, approximately one year from the signing of the contract.\u00a0

The new orders acquired increase Comal\u2019s backlog\u2019s value to over \u20ac 363.00 million, to be fulfilled by the end of 2024.\u00a0
