{"id":12944,"date":"2020-09-08T11:07:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T10:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/integrae.it\/uncategorized\/reti-08-09-2020\/"},"modified":"2022-12-06T13:38:08","modified_gmt":"2022-12-06T12:38:08","slug":"reti-08-09-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/integrae.it\/en\/track-record-en\/reti-08-09-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Reti"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>On 8 September 2020<\/strong>, Reti S.p.A. obtained admission to negotiate ordinary shares on AIM Italia, a multilateral negotiations system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana.&#13;\nNegotiations began on 10 September 2020.<\/p>\n\n<p>Integrae SIM acted as Nomad, Global Coordinator, and Issuer Specialist.<\/p>\n\n<p>The unit price of the shares resulting from the placement was set at Euro 1.00; based on this price a market capitalization equal to Euro 12,499,000 is expected<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The total equivalent <\/strong>of the resources raised is equal to approximately 2.9 million Euros, through the placement of a total maximum of 2,874,000 ordinary shares, of which 2,499,000 newly issued shares at the start date of the negotiations, and 375,000 shares placed as part of the fiscal year of the over-allotment option.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The enterprise.\u00a0<\/strong>Reti supports Mid &amp; Large Corporate in digital transformation, offering IT Solutions, Business Consulting, and Managed Service Providers services, created through the main Key Enabling Technologies (KET).
